Fuller chose Duke over a number of offers including Clemson, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi State, South Carolina, and others. He becomes the 13th commitment from the class of 2015 for the Blue Devils and the 12th rated as a three star player by Scout.com
"It was really the combination of big time athletics and big time football," Fuller told TDD. "That's why I committed."
While he's listed by Scout.com as the nation's No. 83 wide receiver, Fuller may very well switch sides of the ball at the next level and play defensive back. However, his final position likely won't solidify until the class rounds out and he arrives on campus. Either way, the three star prospect's approach to the game remains consistent.
"Every time I get the ball, I try to make things happen because I know I can't be the main read in the progression all the time," Fuller said. "I know other people have to touch the ball, too."
Fuller was timed at 4.42 seconds in the 40 yard dash at the Nike Football Training Camp in March. He is also a standout on the baseball diamond as well.
Circling back to education, Fuller knows what he's interested in pursuing once he gets to Durham.
"I'm looking into real estate and chemical engineering and maybe little something with accounting."
