Brandon Ingram sets two visits

After visiting Duke several times during his junior year, in-state combo forward Brandon Ingram will visit Durham in August.

Four star forward Brandon Ingram will journey Duke for an official visit on August 7th.

“I will be visiting UCLA unofficially on August 5th for the Adidas Nations event, and then I will make an official when I get back to North Carolina. I’ll be at Duke from August 7th to the 9th. I will also plan official visits to Kentucky and Louisville for sure.”

The nation’a No. 26 overall player and fifth rated small forward visited Duke on March 7th for the game against North Carolina, and then hosted the coaching staff at his home on April 21st when Duke made the official scholarship offer.

Ingram’s summer began with a somewhat lackluster June, culminating with a poor performance at the NBA Top 100 Camp. Since that time, however, the 6-foot-8 forward has been making waves on the recruiting trail with a number of strong showings including a big weekend at the Adidas Unrivaled camp two weeks ago.

"It was easily Ingram’s best showing of the summer,” said Scout.com’s Brian Snow. “He was the best player on the floor showing his ability to make shots from deep as well as attack off the dribble and make plays. Highly skilled at his size, Ingram was impressive against stronger players and just made things happen all game long. He was feeling it early, and did enough throughout the game to really open eyes."
