Five star small forward Brandon Ingram released a list of his final six schools on Sunday afternoon. The Blue Devils find themselves still alive along with national powers and Tobacco Road rivals.

Brandon Ingram released his top six schools on Sunday with Duke, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Kentucky, UCLA, and Kansas comprising the final list.

Ingram has already visited North Carolina and Duke numerous times unofficially as well as having taken an official visit to each school as well. He also visited UCLA unofficially last month after attending the Adidas Nations event. He’s been to NC State several times as well.

Previously he told Scout that he would “definitely” visit Kentucky and Kansas before making a decision.

“Only visit I have set up is in October at the Late Night at the Phog,” Ingram said. “But I know I want to get out to Kentucky’s midnight madness.”

Following the official visit to Duke in early August, Ingram visited North Carolina and had a chance to compare the two programs’ approach.

“It was pretty good,” Ingram said about UNC. “It was their first practice and it was very intense. I think it was one of the most intense practices, other than Duke’s. I don’t think anybody beats Duke’s intensity.”

With a list that consists of local schools and national powers, will location factor into his decision-making?

“It doesn’t matter to me to stay home,” Ingram said. “I just want the right fit for me. I want something that stands out and is the right fit for me.” Recommended Stories
