Five Former Devils Open NBA Preseason

In the first big preseason slate of games, several former Blue Devils took the court. TDD updates their performances.

Christian Laettner - Washington Wizards – 17 minutes, five points, and two rebounds in a 104-86 victory over the New York Knicks.

Carlos Boozer - Cleveland Cavaliers – started and played 23 minutes for the Cavs. The big man scored 15 points while grabbing 14 rebounds and gathering three steals in Cleveland's 100-96 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Elton Brand- Los Angeles Clippers- started and played 26 minutes, scoring 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds for the Clippers in a 101-82 loss to the Sacramento Kings.

Corey Maggette - Los Angeles Clippers – also started for LA. Played 25 minutes, but scored just six points (1-of-9 shooting) while grabbing three rebounds.

Mike Dunleavy, Jr - Golden State Warriors - started for the Warriors and played 27 minutes. Struggled with his shot (3-of-11) but managed to post nine points, and five rebounds as the Warriors lost 107-89 Recommended Stories
