Monday night proved to be a light schedule for the NBA, with just two games taking place. Of those two, only one had a former Blue Devil involved.

Former Blue Devil big man turned NBA power forward Carlos Boozer has apparently won over the Cleveland Cavaliers and solidified himself as the starting power forward for the upcoming season. So far this preseason Boozer is averaging nine points and 11 rebounds for the Cavaliers in reduced minutes, though he’s started each game.

Monday’s preseason tilt against Milwaukee was more of the same for Boozer, who logged 27 minutes while posting 11 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and handing out a pair of assists.
