The following is the Insiders Report top 30 list for New York State.

Super center Andray Blatche tops the list for the Insiders Report top 30 seniors in the class of 2005. Blatche, who is down to West Virginia and Syracuse for college choices, is likely to jump to the 2005 NBA draft if he has a successful season in 2004-2005.

Blatche, who needs to add some pounds and strength to his frame, possesses a nice, soft touch on his perimeter jumper. He is also skilled enough to dribble drive past his defender along the foul line.

If Blatche plays college ball, he will benefit down the road like Emeka Okafor. However, the money is high and based upon what happened in this year's NBA draft, it will be very tempting for Blatche to head to the green waters of the NBA.

Here is the complete list. The player either has to be from New York State or play in New York State to be considered and be entering his final year of competition.

The opinions of Jed Tai, Denny Conroy, Mike Sullivan, Russ Blake, and Brian Towey were considered:

1. Andray Blatche, South Kent School (CT)
