On the first night of in-home visits, the Duke coaching staff secured a commitment of sorts from their top target in the class of 2009 - American Heritage High standout scoring guard Kenny Boynton.
Sources confirm that Boynton and his family will be making the trip to Durham for an official visit October 24th and 25th - meaning Boynton will have a chance to see the Blue Devils in exhibition action against Virginia Union.
Boynton, who will also visit Georgia Tech on the 27th of September, is scheduled to host the Florida coaching staff tonight for an in-home visit before heading to Southern California on Friday for his first official visit.
