Oghobaase is one of 42 student-athletes on the list for the award that is presently annually to the top defensive player in the country who had the biggest IMPACT on their team both on and off the gridiron. IMPACT stands for Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community and Tenacity.
A native of Houston, Texas, Oghobaase has started 36 games over the past three seasons for the Blue Devils. An honorable mention All-ACC choice in 2008, he enters his final season at Duke with career totals of 128 tackles, 29.0 tackles for loss and 11.5 quarterback sacks.
