According to Goodman's sources, Greg Paulus was in attendance for Tuesday afternoon's practice in Ann Arbor, and to meet with Wolverine head coach Rich Rodriguez about the possibility of lining up under center in 2009. The move would make sense as Paulus has one year of eligibility remaining and the Wolverines are struggling to adapt to their head coach's spread offense and have yet to identify a sure fire fit at the quarterback position.
In addition, Paulus has reportedly been contacted by at least six NFL teams hoping to invite the 6'1 former high school star to workouts as well as several other college programs looking for a one year solution at the quarterback position.
